Bora-Boras
When I was in high school, my dad was assigned to a base outside of Madrid, Spain. My parents felt that we should experience as much of the local culture as possible, so they let us experience the Madrid nightlife since there’s no drinking age in Spain. One of our favorite bars was called Bora-Boras. It was a theme bar, with an indoor waterfall and a tropical feel. Their drinks were all served in really cool glasses, such as the pina coladas served in pineapple glasses. The best part was that the drinks were served with these incredibly long straws, so you could lounge back in your chair while sipping your drink that was still on the table. I really hope that someday I can go back to Madrid and see if Bora-Boras is still there, so I can split a wickedly good Mai-Tai with my husband.
